Can your earn money by posting links for google ?

There is no such a thing as posting links or way to earn money online from it. Usually these are just made up things which are shown in those scam sites. There is only one way to earn money from Google and Thats with Google AdSense. For that you need a website and they give you ads to put in your website. So if someone click through those ads you get paid.

Ok fine So you can earn money just by putting ads in my site ?

Yes and Know. You can earn money from those ads only if you site gets a decent site traffic.( Visitors ). So traffic you get more money you will earn. You need to work hard to get traffic. So AdSense is not something you can get rich overnight or without working.

So what are those site which people call as Google scam sites ?

Membership sites like Google Treasure Chest, yourezpayday, Google job, Google Money Master, Google Success System, Google Cash etc.

Do these sites belongs to Google or has any kind of relationship with Google ?

No. Not at all. Google has nothing to do with these site. except the fact that they use Google name.

Why people call these sites as Google scam sites ?

There are couple of reasons. The picture they show about earning from Google is not completly true. Also they have hidden fees which not mentioned in homepage. Usually their monthly membership fee which might be 50$-100$ is hidden somewhere in their TOS. Many fell for this because they don't read everything in those websites before give their credit card number.

What do these Google scam sites really do or how they work ?

Well they claim they will teach you how to earn from Google without working much. Also about gow to earn 1000's of dollar each week. And for that they take a monthly membership fee like 50$. Of cause you can find those info they supply without paying anything at all. Just by using Google search.

Does Google AdSense send you a check in every week ?

Again not true. You need to reach 100$ even to activate your payment. Also they send you checks only once a month.

How do these sites use Google Name ?

Well basically what they do is claiming to teach you How to earn money from Google. Its Not illegal and anyone can do it. It becomes a scam because they don't directly tell you about costs but keep hidden in their TOS. Since user suppose to read TOS before Join and agree with it again its not illegal.

Why they ask for things like zip code or counrty even before sign up ?

Well Someone them only take people from USA, Canada or from west Europian countries. Because they might not bother about a monthly fee like 50$ and also easy to get them into a paid program than Asians.
